The driving range at Allentown Municipal Golf Course will re-open this weekend with a new artificial-turf surface that manager Jeff Wambold called one of the best in the industry.
The range will open today, and Allentown Municipal plans a customer-appreciation day Saturday. The range had been open for the past three weeks while the city installed a new concrete pad and turf surface.
